Sides: "50 Millbank 50" - red, black, gold.
Back: "Millbank Virginia Cigarettes" in block letters. " Manufactured by Imperial Tobacco Co. of Canada Limited, Montreal, Canada" in black. Seal saying "Quality Imperial Tobacco Co. of Canada Guaranteed."
Bottom: "Factory No. 6, Port l0-D" Notice -"The Manufacturer of the Cigarettes herein contained has complied with all the requirements of the law. Every person is (unclear, scratched out) not to use this package for packing Cigarettes again, nor to use the stamp, nor the stamped wrappers upon the packages of Cigarettes constituting the contents of this package, under the penalties provided by law in such cases " printed in black .
