Description

Blue glass octagonal perfume bottle (a) with ground glass stopper with upright octagon top (b) with beveled edges. Octagonal neck, smooth rim, straight shoulders, body tapers outward from shoulders. Cut glass art deco "pineapple pattern" design in tapering sides, looks somewhat like diamonds with Japanese maple leave above them. One large diamond made up of four smaller diamonds, with four “Japanese maple leaves” each taking up two sides above two sets of diamonds. Possibly hand cut. Faint scent can still be detected. On bottom is a very faint round mark with some writing on it; reads CZECH - letters after which are illegible, and one M [perhaps “MADE”], letter or logo in center looks like either B or R.
