Description

Lapel pin is shaped like a small metal shield and has a pin with a butterfly clip in back to pierce the lapel of a coat or jacket. There is a smaller shield inside with the Sidney Coat of Arms in a dark yellow with a blue sailing ship on a blue and white sea--"H.M.S. Plumper". There are yellow and blue arrowheads on either side of clasped hands, over the ship. The words "Pharrus Exclaratet Nes" are around the bottom of the shield and "Town of Sidney, B.C." in gold lettering over and around the beacon (also in gold). A thin gold strip surrounds the entire outer shield. Has "Taiwan" printed all over back. See: 996.017.001 for more details on crest.
