Description

Watchmaker's vise, made of stainless steel [?]. Modified triangular-shaped platform sits on three legs. Leg at apex is non-positionable, the other two have a screw point adjusted by a thumb screw. The moveable vise jaw is adjusted with a similar screw. The top edges of the jaws are finished with a red plastic protective edging. Stamped: "Watch-Craft/Manufactured by/ C. & E. Marshall Co.". On the underside of the platform, the initials "JRM" [possibly "JAM"], have been scratched.
