Description

Large face, wood cabinet, dated 1886. Manufactured by the Ansonia Clock Co. White face with black roman numerals on oak body. Numeral 4 is 4 lines, not 1V. Unknown wood at back forms rectangular casing for the clock's works. Glass cover for the face has brass edging with a stem which goes through the oak and is caught by a wooden hook at the back.
