This is a vintage movie poster for 1968 British spy film "Assignment K," directed by Val Guest and based on the 1964 novel Department K by Hartley Howard. The poster prominently lists cast members Stephen Boyd, Camilla Sparv, Michael Redgrave, Leo McKern, Jeremy Kemp, and Robert Hoffmann. The film follows the story of Philip Scott, a British intelligence operative who poses as the head of a toy company to conceal his espionage work. When enemy agents uncover his true identity and kidnap his girlfriend, Scott is forced into a dangerous game of deception to protect his fellow operatives and complete his mission. Shot in Techniscope and distributed by Columbia Pictures, the film blends Cold War tension with classic 1960s spy‑film style, offering a more grounded alternative to the flashier espionage movies of the era.Collection
