Scope and Content

The 1997 Corvette was the revolutionary first year of the C5 generation, introducing a new hydroformed frame, rear transaxle for better balance, and the powerful all-aluminum LS1 V8 engine, offering a huge leap in performance, handling, and refinement over the C4, with 345 hp and 0-60 times near 5 seconds, setting a new standard for value-performance cars despite early production quirks like the non-repairable EBCM (Electronic Brake Control Module). The front of this poster displays an example of this car painted in Sebring Silver Metallic, positioned against an industrial background. The back side of the poster shows a Torch Red Corvette with smaller pictures showing the engine, brakes, suspension and interior.
