Description

These photos were taken at the 1906 running of the Grand Prix Race at Le Mans, France. This group shows the dirt road next to a wall. Unfortunately, we do not know where on the 64.11-mile course. Six laps were run on June 26, 1906, and six laps on the 27th. Ferenc Szisz won in a Renault in 12:14:07.4 hours.
