This poster is a modern reissue of the 1971 film Le Mans, the Steve McQueen passion project that blended documentary‑style racing footage with a minimalist narrative to capture the atmosphere of the 24‑hour race. The artwork features McQueen in his Gulf‑branded racing suit above a scene with the iconic Gulf‑Porsche 917K #20, the hero car of the film and one of the most celebrated endurance racers ever built. Its clean layout, bold vertical “Le MANS” lettering, and crisp photographic elements reflect contemporary reproduction design rather than the original 1971 theatrical posters, making it a collector‑oriented print that celebrates both McQueen’s motorsport legacy and the film’s enduring status as the most authentic racing movie ever produced.Collection
