Lucille Christine Diehl was born on July 14, 1927 in Lefors, Texas. She entered the Congregation in 1946, took her first vows in 1947, and made her perpetual profession in 1954. She received her B.A. in Art from Incarnate Word College in 1956 before receiving her MA in Art in 1971. Sister Christine taught art at Incarnate Word Academy for most of her time in the Congregation. She received her dispensation from her Perpetual Vows on October 24, 1977 after a year-long leave of absence. She passed away on April 30, 2018.
Also of note: Christine Diehl attended St. Mary’s Academy in Amarillo, Texas for high school, where she could have studied art under Sister Alphonsine Seiwert.Research Type

Lucille Christine Diehl nació el 14 de julio de 1927 en Lefors, Texas. Ingresó en la Congregación en 1946, emitió sus primeros votos en 1947 e hizo su profesión perpetua en 1954. Recibió su licenciatura en Arte del Colegio del Verbo Encarnado en 1956 antes de recibir su maestría en Arte en 1971. Sor Christine enseñó arte en la Academia del Verbo Encarnado durante la mayor parte de su tiempo en la Congregación. Ella recibió su dispensa de sus Votos Perpetuos el 24 de octubre de 1977 después de una licencia de un año. Falleció el 30 de abril de 2018.
