I plotted the emigrant points of my ancestors and found a commonality with generations of family living near water. This discovery inspired the abstracted shell form, a poem and the soundtrack: poem spoken in 4 voices reflecting my countries of origin, with the sound of waves crashing. finalist for the 8th Annual Arte Laguna Artprize at the Venice Arsenale in 2014.
