Note

Too Much to Carry is a sculptural installation on ancestral migration and the weight of displacement. Rusting wire, bronze, and suitcases evoke erosion and endurance, carrying stories of silence, loss, and survival. An abstracted boat holds wire-scripted names of my foremothers, referencing their 1851 voyage during the Highland Clearances. The work reflects on what we inherit, remember, and carry forward.
