Three pages listing the starting points and the order of participants in the parade held on November 11, 1970 as part of the celebration of South River's 250th anniversary. A handwritten note in blue ink was added to the top of the first page to identify it as "Line of March - Parade - November 11, 1970."
Division A, beginning at Hillside Ave, included groups A-1 through A-9 with A-3A (Steering Committee) and A-7A (Knights of Columbus Float) added in blue ink. Hand printed notes in blue ink were also added to indicate that the Grand Marshall would ride in an antique car and the Senior Citizens in a bus.
Division B, beginning at Theresa Place, included groups B-1 through B-4. A handwritten note in blue ink was added to indicate that the antique cars should be spread throughout the parade rather than grouped.
Division C, beginning at David Street, included groups C-1 through C-8. A hand printed note in blue ink added the "N.B. High School Band" to replace the "Elizabeth Falcons Band X."
Division D, beginning on David Street, included groups D-1 through D-7. A hand printed note in blue ink added the "Falcon's Band" to replace the " "New Brunswick High School Band X." The "Knights of Columbus Float" was crossed out.
Division E, beginning on James Street, included groups E-1 through E-8 with E-5A (Jr. High School Band) added in blue ink.
Division F, beginning on James Street, included groups F-1 through F-8. A hand printed note in blue ink indicated that the Camp Fire Girls had a float.
Division G, beginning on Clark Street, included Groups G-1 through G-7. A small "X" has been printed in blue ink next to the Edison Saints.
The three-page document is a mimeographed copy measuring 8 1/2" x 11" and is in fair condition. The pages are creased and have marks from corroded staples.Acquisition
