The Police Department roster includes date of appointment for each of the 28 officers listed. The names are listed in order by appointment date beginning with Chief Matthew G. Zaleski, appointed 11--8-36, and ending with Ptl. Raymond Mioduszewski, appointed 10-20-1969.
The roster of police reserves includes Civil Defense Director Edward Trygar and Police Commissioner John Knoblock along with 19 other men.
The list of school crossing guards includes 17 men and women.
Consists of three sheets each measuring 8 1/2" x 12 7/8". Paper is in poor condition with creases, water damage, and marks from corroded staples. The police department roster is missing the upper left corner due to water damage.Acquisition
