Photograph of eight unnamed students, wearing sashes and hats, with an unnamed adult, likely Professor E. Johnson Bonter. Students are carrying signs, a flag, and a model intended to represent South River's first school. The sign being held by the boy at the right reads "7-A, Mr. Bonter." Taken in front of School No. 3, later renamed Lincoln School, where Bonter taught seventh grade.
Handwritten note on the back reads "Mr. Bonters Room, Sept. 24-25, 1920, 200th Anniversary."
