Photograph of the Ladies Auxiliary float during the parade for the celebration of South River's 200th anniversary, September 1920.
The float represented what the organization was trying to accomplish. "A miniature house which represented a public library with clean streets and sidewalks told of the civic objects for which they are working this year."
The float won first prize for the most original idea for a float.
