Note handwritten in black ink and found in a small plastic tube. The note reads as follows.

The note measures 4 14/16" x 3 15/16" and is in fair condition. It was rolled and stored in a plastic tube with a cap.
The tube measures 1 3/4" long and 5/8" in diameter. A paper label was badly water damaged and removed. The remnants indicate that it included the words "First Charter National Bank."
With the tube was what appears to have been a photograph so badly water damaged that the image is no longer visible. The note handwritten on the back is similar to the one found in the tube.
