Description

Photograph showing a float used in South River's 200th anniversary parade in 1920. The float carried descendants of Samuel Willett and the photograph shows a large group of people riding the float. A sign or banner on the side of the float reads: "Descendants of Sam'l Willett". Photograph measures 3 1/4" X 5 1/4" and is in excellent condition with some light staining along the front center top of the image and no other major creases, tears, or stains. Handwritten text in red ink on the back of the photograph reads: "Property of: Mr(s?). R.D. Booraem, Sr., 208 Main St., S.R."
