Photograph showing Eva C. Bissett and Taryn Thomas sitting side by side surrounded by plants and decorative metalwork stands. Photograph was taken at an angle with Bissett closest to the photographer in a formal dress and looking to her left. Thomas is wearing a crown, a formal dress, a fur-trimmed cape, and holding a sceptre in her lap while looking out of frame. Handwritten text in blue ink on the back of the photograph reads: 1) Eva C. Bissett - "Queen Riverie"; 200th Anniversary of SR Sept 1920 2) With little Miss Taryn Thomas, 405 Foothills Road, Summerville NJ 08876. She was Queen of South River 1970." Between the two numbers is a handwritten note in blue ink that reads, "Nov. 1970." Below all of the handwritten text is a sticker with typed text that reads, "1970, 250th Anniversary of South River, Property Of Woodis & Warren Booraem." Photograph came with a 5" X 7" index card with text typed in black on the plain side reading: "South River Queens, 1920 200th Anniversary Eva C. Bissett "Queen Riverie", 1970 250th Anniversary Taryn Thomas "Little Queen." Photograph measures 5" X 7" and is in excellent condition with minor wear and creasing on front left corner and no other major creases, tears, or stains.
