Reel of audio tape with a label handwritten in blue ink that reads "250th Annivers. opening ceremony - 1 7/8 IPS." A red label at the center identifies it as a BASF tape. The reel is 5" in diameter. Some water damage to the tape is evident. Accompanied by a note handwritten in black ink. It describes the contents of the reel and provides information about the recording.
