Photograph of the float for Knights of Columbus Council 3001 in the parade held for the celebration of South River's 250th anniversary in 1970. The queen and her attendants rode on the float decorated with red, white, and blue streamers and bunting. A Knights of Columbus banner is near the wheel and a longer banner suspended from the platform reads "Little Miss [America]". A man in a suit with a Steering Committee ribbon on the lapel is walking alongside the float.
The view is on lower Main Street.
The back of the photo has a note handwritten in blue ink that reads, "South River, 250 Anniversary Parade, 1970."
