Photograph of the South River Borough Hall decorated for the celebration of South River's 250th anniversary in 1970. Bunting is stretched across the windows and a banner reading "250th Anniversary, South River,, N.J., November 6-11, 1970" is suspended over the door.
A note handwritten on the back in blue ink reads " November 1970, 250th Anniversary."
"Photography by Harold Rosenthal, 37 Washington Street, South River, NJ 08882" is stamped on the back in black ink. The left edge has the remains of a sticker with mirror-imaged text reading " Moisten ???ne and apply on back of ???"
Additional small markings have been made in the white border on the front of the photograph.
Black and white photograph measures 8" x 10" and is in good condition aside from minor discoloration and some creasing near the bottom right corner. A portion of another photograph is adhered to the back.Photograph Details
