Description

Purple ribbon from the Steering Committee for the 250th Anniversary of South River in 1970. Ribbon is purple with white text reading "250th Anniversary South River New Jersey 1720-1970". Button of ribbon is white with a dark blue rim and dark blue text reading: "Steering Committee". Pinback has two staples and a safety pin on the back. Handwritten text on the pinback reads: "Woodis Booraem" in black ink. Face of pin and back of ribbon have some tan colored material stuck to the surfaces. Ribbon measures 2 1/2" X 7" at its widest point and is in excellent condition with no stains, fraying or tears.
