Blue ribbon from Steering Committee for the celebration of South River's 250th Anniversary in 1970. Ribbon is blue with white text reading "250th Anniversary, South River, New Jersey 1720-1970". Button in the center of the rosette is white with a dark blue rim and dark blue text reading: "Steering Committee". The button in the center of the rosette is water damaged and badly stained.
