Description

Badge from the Summit Engine Company of the South River Fire Department. "South River, N.J." is in a bar across the top and "Fire Dept." in a bar at the bottom. The left side has an image of a ladder and a pike while the right shows a fire hydrant. The center design is an "S" to represent the Summit Engine Company. Silver tone with black lettering and some corrosion damage. Measures 2 1/8" x 2 1/8" at its widest points and has a pin back with some discoloration and corrosion. Fair condition.
