The text reads, "Milrom Companies is proud to bring back South River's iconic "Capitol Theater" building with luxury apartments and high end commercial space. The conversion of this building will be a big step for Main Street's revitalization. Units will include state-of the-art, high efficiency amentities and bonus lofts which are remnants of the theatre.
