Photograph of the Imperial Band preceded by a baton twirler in the parade held for the celebration of South River's 250th anniversary in 1970. The man in the white jacket leading the band is Theofil "Ted" Kadela.
The view is on lower Main Street. Wilshire Fashions, the Capitol Shoe Shoppe, and the South River Trust Company are visible on the left. The Grand Hotel is visible on the right.
The back of the photo has a note handwritten in blue ink that reads, "South River, 250 Anniversary Parade, 1970."
