Two copies of the top section and two copies of the bottom section that completes the text. One copy of the bottom section includes two sections of circled text and a handwritten note with the names Edmund Mark and Doris Fritsch but no explanation of either the circles or the names.
Second copy of top section folded in half and stuck together.
