Photograph of a portion of the Imperial Band along with its director, Theofil T. Kadela, during a concert for the celebration of South River's 250th anniversary. The trombone player in the foreground is Robert Jordan. The event was held in the held in the South River High School Auditorium on November 9, 1970.
A note handwritten on the back in blue ink reads " November 1970, Theofil T. Kadela, Director. Imperial Band & Chorus - Concert November 9, 1970, SRHS auditorium."
An additional note in pencil reads "Playing the trombone is Robert Jordan, Imperial Band of South River. Home News photo by Dave Lukowicz." The left edge has the remains of a sticker with mirror-imaged text reading " Moisten to line and apply on back of photo."
Black and white photograph measures 8" x 10" and is in good condition aside from damage to the left edge of the photograph where it was adhered to another photograph.Photograph Details
