Searching the internet to find the full title, I discovered the Society for Industrial Archeology, which is probably the full title that is cut off in the pages. The dates on the depicted pages listed October 2-5, 1997 and the Society for Industrial Archeology lists that they had a conference in Alexandria, Louisiana on those dates. I printed out a list of their Fall Tours, and Alexandria, LA is listed.
