Hammock in Monroe where the transfer was to happen; a written agreement to Red River & Gulf Railroad selling their #103 locomotive, Baldwin No. 50942 with a tender for $5,500 cash to Arkansas & Louisiana Missouri Railroad;
the engines were to be sent via the Arkansas & Louisiana Missouri railway at the expense of the Red River & Gulf Railroad, their bill will be factored out from the selling price of the engines; the engines were to be restored before sending them to Monroe where they were to be collected by the Arkansas & Louisiana Missouri Railroad;
