A page from the Jim Jones Scrapbook kept by his mother Thelma Jones. The page has 3 newspaper clippings pasted to it. 1. A newspaper clipping titled "Paint Selves in Corner" by George Dibble, dated 1965, highlights works by Jim Jones exhibited at the State Bank of Southern Utah. 2. A newspaper clipping from the Iron County Record dated May 6, 1965, shows a young Jim Jones discussing his painting "Beach Scene" to the staff of the Leigh Furniture Company during the Cedar City Art Exhibit, 1965. 3. A newspaper clipping of the painting "Haystack" by Jim Jones. The text beneath the photo reads"'Haystack,' an oil by Jim F. Jones captures the 'vital energy and fun enjoyed by boys at play.' It is one of two oils by Jones currently on exhibit in bank at Cedar City."
