Photograph of the construction of 'Gossler Barn', Campcreek, Springfield, Oregon, circa 1900Entry/Object ID
2003.029.002Description
Workers putting up the framework of a barn, undated, circa 1900.
This may be the barn of Roger Gossler's grandfather, who was born around 1890-1900 and had a family farm at Campcreek, north of Springfield. Alternatively, it could be part of the old structures of what is now Gossler Nursery Farm, off Weaver Road. The Gossler Farm featured a barn with the original turn-of-the-century house, which was demolished in the late 1950s.Photograph Details
