Photograph of the Springfield Branch, Citizen's Bank Transcribed inscription on label: "Citizen's Bank. The newest banking institution in Springfield is the Springfield branch of "The Citizen's Bank of Eugene" which is located on the S.E. corner of North A and Seventh Streets. This bank is in temporary quarters formerly occupied by the Safeway. Mr. H. Sandford Saari is President. The Citizen's Bank opened for business April 3, 1961"
