GS-1 No. 4409 at Sacramento in 1939 ready to depart with the then through Los Angeles- Portland West Coast Limited. The engine was on the T&NO from 1941 to 1953 as No. 707. The West Coast Limited was discontiniued north of Sacramento in 1946 when the Shasta Daylight was placed in service, and eliminated altogether on December 7. 1960.", back: "24";
