Note from Mr. Howard to Register Guard: "I was there- Mr. Scrogg's was a friend of mine. He broke himself trying to make it fly. But give hime credit- He was a long time ahead of the time's, but right on. You may keep the pictures - I am to old to keep them -92. Herb Howard." People pictured: Yale Smith, Herb Howard, [Mr. Scroggs].
