Photograph of sixteen unknown people at a mill in Alca, Oregon. This mill was bought by the Chambers Lumber Co in 1906 from the Pacific Timber Co who opened it in 1904. It was then sold to Stocks and Harlow who relocated it to Cottage Grove.
