B&W Photo of Safety Parade, March 1, 1947. 4th Main Springfield, Oregon. Men and women on motorcycles parade down the street in front of Towne Tavern and the Coffee Cup. A man on a motorcycle with a squirrel image on his jacket and "Dick 29" on his left sleeve has a banner behind him: "Safety Award American Motorcycle Ass'n 1945." Four other peope can be seen wearing the squirrel jackets; "Hay," "Nick," and "May? 39" are visible on some of their sleeves.
