Before Booth-Kelly Mill this was the primary mill in Springfield originally built by the Briggs, brought and improved by Pengra and other investors under the name Springfield Manufacturing Company. Eventually owned by Almon Wheeler who may be the man in the center. It was located next to the flour mill.Photograph Details
