Description

B&W Postcard of Springfield, Oregon #8. Look carefully for the hand pointing to the Springfield sign on the hill. This sign could be seen and read from as far away as Judkins Point. The letters were huge and as I recall they were electrically lighted. A most welcome and friendly sign when one had been away for a time. The sign was on Willamette Heights, south of Springfield.
