B&W Photo of Springfield, Oregon Arch. BACK: Ladies Civic Club Built Arch in west Springfield, Oregon formed the entrance to Springfield. My mother Maude Bryan, a member of the Ladies Civic Club, helped earn the money to build this arch. Below the city name are the words "McKenzie River Highway".
