Undated Women in the photograph Squatting: Vada Mills, Margaret Wald Keeler, Alice Keeler, unknown Verna Skordahl, Gertrude Warfel, Nixie Stewart, Bessie Sumner, Agnes Chandler, Lou Garrett Standing: Flossie Abell, Bertha Cook, Ruth Bunch, Nellie Keeler, Lucille Kelly, unknown, Edna Bunch, Velma Bilderback, Unas Raines, unknown, Ruth Wilt, Carrie Prickett, Loretta McKinney, unknown, Minnie Bunch (information given by Jay Swofford) Jay Swofford believes it is the Welfare Club, gathered in front of Francie's Beauty Shoppe in Wendling, Oregon. Behind them is one of the Wendling beauty parlors. It was operated by Frances "Frankie" Stewart. The sign reads "Frances Beauty Shoppe". It was operated out of the last house on the east end of F row. F row was directly across the road from the Methodist parsonage, which still stands today original returned to Ruth Smith
