Inscription back: There's no real disaster here as these participants in the McKenzie River White Water Parade, held each spring near Blue River, Oregon fail to make it through Martin rapids, toughest stretch of water on the river. Boaters getting wet generally can make it to shore, but patrol boats are on hand just in case. The parade has never lost a customer. Oregon State Highway Commission Photo # 6477
