Description

Photograph of bunkhouse made of railroad cars. Undated Transcribed inscription on reverse: "Bunkhouse made of railroad cars. Married men without families and single men stayed in these. The roofed structure next to the ramp was for caulk boots. Some loggers poured their boots full of oil at night, then poured them out in the morning. This helped when they didn't have socks (not always done every day)."
