Inscription back: Oregon's McKenzie River Boat Parade in April is participated in by scores of boats and hundreds of persons. During passage through calmer portions of the McKenzie the spectator sees the variety of boats participating and the color of many boats in formation. This event is held annually the Sunday preceding the opening of the trout season in Oregon. Thousands line the banks of the McKenzie to watch. Oregon State Highway Commission Photo # 5585
