Inscription back: Shooting Martin Rapids during the McKenzie River White Water Parade in Oregon is one of the most thrilling parts of this annual event. Hundreds line the banks to watch the fun as scores of boats make their way through these heavy rapids. Some boats nearly upset during the shooting of the rapids, which are included in this annual event in which boats run the river from Redsides to Leaburg, the Sunday preceding the Oregon's trout season opening in April.
