Pengra Home Built in 1866 - 186 Mill Street, Springfield, Ore. His wife - Charlotte Emily Pengra - " daughter - Ella V. Pengra - (Mrs James Walker) in white blouse" Myrtle Harvey Adams, B.J. Pengra's granddaughter, gave this photo to Crystal Fogle. The photo (A) came with a note from Myrtle to Crystal (B) and an envelope from March 1966 (C) with Myrtle's connection to the photo.Photograph Details
