Inscription back: Thousands of people line the banks of the McKenzie river in the central Cascade mountains to watch the 'White Water Parade'. The parade, an annual event sponsored by the McKenzie River Guides Association, attracts approximately 100 river boats that make the dangerous pass through the white waters of the turbulent McKenzie river during the spring run-off.
