"Ei Úchnjem" is a traditional Russian folk song also known as "Song of the Volga Boatmen". The flier depicts Franklin D. Roosevelt sitting atop a pile of money while Joseph Stalin and Winston Churchill wearing tattered clothing and sweating heavily pull Roosevelt and the pile across Europe.
