1945 March 20, draft notice from Hitler Youth headquarters in Bonn, Germany.

Context

As Allied armies closed in on all fronts, the Nazis conscripted old men and young boys to serve in the Deutscher Volkssturm (German People's Army) militia commanded by Martin Bormann. A March 20, 1945, registered draft notice from Hitler Youth headquarters in Bonn ordered Karl Friedrich Strauss of Regensburg, not yet 15 years old, to report for military service.
